1.3 All event-related refund or cancellation decisions are governed by the organizer’s individual policy, which is displayed (or should be displayed) on the respective event page.
2. Organizer-Specific Policies
2.1 Each organizer on Passwale may define their own refund, cancellation, and reschedule terms, including:
Whether cancellations are allowed or not.
The refund percentage and time window before the event.
Conditions for postponement or venue change.
2.2 Passwale recommends that all organizers clearly display their refund and cancellation policy during event creation.
2.3 If an event does not list a specific refund policy, the booking is considered non-refundable by default.
3. General Refund Scenarios
Subject to the organizer’s terms, refunds may apply in the following cases:
Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by the organizer, attendees may receive a full or partial refund as per organizer rules.
Event Rescheduling: If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date unless the organizer specifies otherwise.

4.3 Passwale may deduct a platform convenience fee or payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Personal scheduling conflicts or change of mind.
Invalid or incomplete booking details.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.

9.1 Any disputes regarding event-specific refunds must first be addressed directly with the organizer.
9.2 If unresolved, users may escalate the issue to Passwale Support for review. Passwale may mediate between both parties but does not guarantee outcomes.
